Grad Minds is committed to advocating for graduate student mental well-being. We are NOT a mental health service provider. However, we offer the following:
1. Help students navigate the student services on-campus and off-campus. Our student services specialists will gladly guide you in navigating the student services on campus and provide tips on off-campus services. These services include (but are not limited to) mental and physical health services, accessibility services, academic services and career resources.
2. We offer weekly yoga at the Grad Room (66 Harbord Street) on Mondays at 5:15pm
3. We organize a number of events to raise awareness about mental health and workshops for skills building
4. We can advocate on your behalf so if you have any suggestions, needs or complaints regarding the mental health services on campus, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
