Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session designed to ground your energy and gently build strength. In this moderate-paced class, we’ll focus on mobility, balance, and mindful transitions — helping you reconnect with your breath and body through a smooth, steady flow. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to the mat, this class offers the perfect blend of movement and stillness.

✨ Deepen your body awareness through guided movement

✨ Finish feeling grounded, refreshed, and recharged

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one — if not, mats will be available. Don't forget water and an open heart.
