Addressing Racial “Microaggressions” and the Impact on Mental Wellbeing

In collaboration with Graduate English Association, we invite you to a workshop offered by the Anti-Racism and Cultural Diversity Office of the University of Toronto:: Addressing Racial “Microaggressions” and the Impact on Mental Wellbeing.

 

Workshop objectives:

  • Identify forms of racial microaggressive behaviors and comments
  • Increase understanding of the impact of racial microaggressions on wellbeing
  • Discuss and develop strategies for prevention and resolution of subtle discrimination/microaggressions within our environments
  • Explain the role of the Anti-Racism and Cultural Diversity Office and other equity-related offices at the University.

When: Monday, April 3rd, 2023, 2-4pm

Where: Jackman Humanities Building (JHB-718)
