Grad Minds and UTGSU will be hosting a yoga class lead by Lindsay Kudlow on Friday, September 6th at 11am at the UTGSU Gym (16 Bancroft Ave). Lindsay will lead you through a restorative Hatha Flow Yoga class perfect for building strength, increasing mobility, and balancing energy levels. All skill levels are welcome to join! Bring your own mat. Swag bags and snacks will be provided as well as a raffle draw for a prize after class! After the Yoga session, members from the Grad Minds Executive Team will be happy to answer any questions about Grad Minds and how to get involved throughout the 2019 - 2020 academic year. We are always looking for other passionate mental health advocates to help out with our events.
