    About Josh Cooper

    Josh approaches Yoga as an evolving form of organic movement. He combines meditation and improv with a childlike quality to create a fun and playful space. Weaving Eastern philosophy with Western science and physiology, he helps his students move into greater union with their bodies and spirit. With over 500 hours of teacher training through Octopus Garden, Josh is grateful for his teachers Scott Davis, Pat Harada Linfoot and YuMee Chung for their patience, generosity, knowledge and guidance. Josh specializes in Kids, Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative Yoga.
