Power Yoga Vinyasa Class for everybody. All levels welcome!
Gabrielle’s Zoom Power Yoga classes with Grad Minds are Power Yoga vinyasa classes, with a short meditation at the beginning or end. These classes are designed for all levels and for everybody. No matter whether you have never practiced yoga before, or if you have been practicing for years, all are welcome! In a Power Yoga class, you will move, breathe, flow, sweat, challenge yourself, and become stronger. Take the class at your own pace, and modify, upgrade, or take breaks as needed. These 60-minute classes allow you to step out of your day and onto your mat for an hour of movement, mindfulness, and fun!
Hi! My name is Gabrielle Forget, and I am a U of T graduate student in the Language and Literacies Education PhD program at OISE. I am a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training graduate through Power Yoga Canada, and I have been practicing hot Power Yoga since 2012. I am teaching monthly Power Yoga classes on Zoom with Grad Minds through the Yoga Outreach Project, a not-for-profit organization with the mission of providing access to yoga to help people heal, create connection, and inspire communities to lead healthy lives. To me, yoga is a form of physical exercise and meditation. It is a way to take time for myself to clear my mind, move, breathe, stretch, and be part of a community. I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with you!
