Description: Being in the middle of a pandemic means we are using a lot more of our internal resources to manage the uncertainty of the day-to-day. As a result, we can feel more stressed and more anxious than before trying to adapt to this new normal. This workshop will provide a deeper understanding of why we're more anxious during periods of uncertainty and change, provide tools we can use to cope with the anxiety, and explore additional supports during these challenging times.

About the Presenter
Vivian graduated from the University of Toronto and thought she could take on the world. Little did she know, even with the prestige of the institution she graduated from, she couldn't run away from her anxiety, imposter syndrome, and perfectionism. After a few years of soul searching (much to the disapproval of her Asian parents), she has been able to better cope with the anxiety that comes with achieving and wants to support others in their own journey to coping with their anxiety.
