1.Awareness of our own mental health during the pandemic, and how we can all work to mitigate emotional stress right now.
2. Lynn's story: Understanding and education around depression and anxiety. Warning signs of someone contemplating suicide. How to support someone and how to reach out if your are in emotional distress.
3.The importance of recognizing our strength and resilience. And that even amid our most painful experiences we can find meaning and hope.
