Description: There is a simple list of things that we need to do to take care of our mental health, and most of us don't do them. Why? In this workshop, you'll learn about the three components of your mental health and wellbeing, brainstorm what optimal mental health looks like for you, and get a brief introduction to simple tools from leading mental health frameworks like CBT, DBT, and ACT that you can use to help supercharge your daily mental health.
