October 23rd: Workshop 2 - Managing Depression and Anxiety

Grad Minds will be running their second workshop with Patricia Tomlin, a Certified Life Skills Coach. In this workshop, we will identify some of the familiar signs and symptoms of depression and anxiety. Through discussion, the aim will be to develop a self-care toolkit that works as a support system and a resource for stress management. In addition, this workshop aims to discuss, how best, as students, we can work to create a more balanced work, study, and life experience.
