Rather than offering fixed solutions, this workshop uses creative play, storytelling, and theatre-based methods to help you see challenges differently; in other words, it opens space to explore barriers that cultivate resilience and new perspectives. We start with the obstacles you face and move together toward possibilities and transformation, trusting that your own wisdom holds the key to change. No prior theatre experience is necessary; just bring your curiosity and willingness to participate!
