Description: The purpose of this webinar is to learn of strategies to maintain your mental wellness during the COVID-19 Pandemic. While practicing physical distancing, participants will learn of coping strategies, have a platform to share examples and insights and as well, learn of mental health resources available both on- and off-campus. In participating in this webinar, you will:·

- Engage in an online environment that connects participants and provides an opportunity to share back learnings
- Increase your knowledge of mental health resources available on- and off-campus within the current COVID climate

About the Presenter
Kasthuri Paramalingam is a Health Education Coordinator with the Health Promotions Programs team at Health & Wellness where she implements health promotion programming to enhance student health and wellbeing. She holds a Master of Public Health and is currently working towards both a Project Management Professional designation and a Certificate in Project Management. She’s excited to learn from you and as well, work with you to build resources, strengthen capacity and collectively explore well-being. Beyond these professional interests, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Zumba and cheering on the Toronto Raptors!
