November 13 – Mental Wellness Carousel

Are you feeling... Stressed? Unmotivated? Overwhelmed? Have ideas on how to improve mental health on campus? Or just want to learn about mental health while meeting fellow colleagues and facilitators from U of T affiliated mental health groups?

You are not alone. Grad Minds and the Faculty of Engineering is hosting a “Mental Wellness Carousel” to discuss various relevant topics including: research and coursework challenges, diagnosable mental illness, interpersonal relationships, and self image and imposter syndrome. We all struggle. And it’s okay not to be okay. This workshop is designed to be a stepping stone for all graduate students to reach out to the many resources on the University of Toronto campus, talk about issues, and get informed.
