        Join Grad Minds for an 8-week yoga fundamentals program led by certified yoga instructor Josh Cooper.

        Josh will lead you through a progressive program to build strength and improve mobility.

        Course Outline:
        Week 1 - Basics
        Week 2 - Back Bends
        Week 3 - Hip Mobility
        Week 4 - Twists
        Week 5 - Balance
        Week 6 - Upper Body
        Week 7 - Forward Bends
        Week 8 - Basic Inversions
        Wednesdays at 4pm; Sep 22 - Nov 10; Live over Zoom
