We are creating a story focusing on strength and resiliency amongst Graduate students. With this campaign, we hope to normalize challenges and promote a sense of community among all. Students, faculty, staff, and alumni are invited to share their own stories of resilience. Our website will feature your stories, reinforcing to all that you are never alone in your experience.

        Tips for Crafting your story

You can share you experience using any ONE of these options:

        1. Recording a video of yourself
        2. Writing a short story
        3. Audio clip

        Stories will be posted anonymously.

To help craft your story, we wanted to share some questions that can help guide you:

        1. Please tell us about a time when you faced a challenging situation (it could be related to school, a life event, relationship, etc.)
        2. In what ways did this situation affect you?
        3. How did you overcome the situation?
        4. Any future insights or advice to offer to people who may be struggling with a similar experience?

Thank you for sharing your stories with us and for helping us to build a brave space within the UofT Graduate community.
