  • We are recruiting volunteer workshop instructors!

Grad Minds is looking for volunteer workshop instructors to lead engaging, creative, and wellness-focused activities for graduate students. Workshops can be in-person or online and may take many forms — yoga, dance, crafts, mindfulness, cooking, or any activity that supports well-being and community connection.

Workshops can be one-time sessions or recurring events, depending on your availability. Grad Minds will cover the cost of materials (if needed) and help coordinate logistics, promotion, and registration.

We welcome instructors from both the University of Toronto community and beyond. If you have an idea that’s not listed above, feel free to propose it! Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the year, and we will contact you via email for details and scheduling.
